Karachi ke famous restaurants jaisi juicy Tikka Boti ab ghar pe! Sirf 30 minute marination + 15 minute grill. Weekend BBQ ke liye perfect.

📋 Ingredients - Saman

Tikka Marination Ke Liye:

  • Beef/Mutton Boti - 1 kg, chote cubes
  • Dahi - 1/2 cup, pani nikal ke
  • Adrak Lehsan Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Tikka Masala - 4 tbsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Namak - 1 tsp ya hasb-e-zaiqa
  • Leemo Ka Ras - 2 tbsp
  • Sarson Ka Tel - 3 tbsp
  • Koyla - 1 chota piece, smoke ke liye

Garnish Ke Liye:

  • Pyaz - Rings mein kati hui
  • Leemo - Wedges
  • Hara Dhania - Bareek kata
  • Chaat Masala - Upar chirakne ke liye

👨‍🍳 Tareeqa - Banane Ka Method

  1. Step 1: Boti ko achi tarah dho ke pani sukhayen. Dahi ka sara pani nikal den.
  2. Step 2: Ek bade bowl mein dahi, adrak lehsan, tikka masala, lal mirch, namak, leemo ras aur tel daal ke paste banayen.
  3. Step 3: Boti is masale mein daal ke haath se achi tarah mix karen. 30 min ke liye fridge mein marinate karen.
  4. Step 4: Koyla garam kar ke marinated boti ke beech mein foil ka katori bana ke rakhen. 1 tsp ghee daal ke foran dhak den. 5 min smoke den.
  5. Step 5: Seekhon pe lagayen ya tawa/grill pan pe tez aanch pe 12-15 min pakayen. Har 3 min baad palat den.
  6. Step 6: Tayyar Tikka Boti pe chaat masala, hara dhania chiraken. Pyaz aur leemo ke sath garam garam serve karen.

1. Boti hamesha "Raan" ya "Dasti" ki len, ye juicy banti hai.

2. Dahi ka pani na nikaloge to masala boti pe chipke ga nahi.

3. Zyada der tak na pakayen warna boti hard ho jayegi. 15 min max!
